Our handmade products are crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring you receive a product that is both unique and high quality.

Custom-made robes, bodysuits, and sleepdresses are not eligible for returns, but they are eligible for exchange if there are any issues with size, as long as the product is in its brand new condition.

Please note, if we receive a product that has been used and shows signs of damage such as tears, cosmetic stains, or other damage, we will not be able to offer a refund.

We accept claims within 3 days after delivery of the order!
If you received a robe and you don't like it, you can return it within 3 days!

Exceptions:

If your item was damaged during transit, we will accept a return for either a refund or exchange. Simply inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. You must send us an email within 3 days of receiving the product at feerielingerieshop@gmail.com to let us know of the issue.

After we receive the damaged item, we will either send out a replacement if available, or issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds:

The taxes that you paid the US are also non-refundable! Because after delivery, it is also not returned to us! Return shipping at buyer's expense!

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please be patient.
